Reserving the Commons or Pavilion

Please read carefully:  Your reservation is not assured until after you receive notification it has been added to the calendar.

Any property owners in good standing may reserve the Common Area for events. The term “property owner” refers to property owner in Port Santorini Subdivision with no outstanding violations or delinquent dues.  A property owner who reserves the facility is solely responsible for the area during the entire event.  She/he must be the host of the event, and must be in attendance during the entire event. The event cannot
interfere with the normal access to the boat ramp, tennis court, basketball half-court, or swim dock. The tennis court and basketball half-court must be included in the reservation if the owner wishes to utilize these during their event. Property owners’ children cannot make a reservation regardless of age.

Note of Caution:  The Port Santorini Association reserves the right to deny a reservation to any property owner hosting an event for guests under the age of 18 if the owner cannot satisfactorily assure the PS Association that the proper and adequate adult supervision will be provided.  For liability purposes, owners hosting events, including under aged guests, must make provisions to insure the safety of their guests.
